  • TECHservissm, allows you to benefit from DAC’s ongoing support. DAC will install DACtracsm, our network-monitoring tool that offers availability and performance management solutions, as well as, priority access to supplemental support services from our team of highly specialized technicians.
Through network monitoring, we will be able to have constant information about the performance of servers, software, desktops, and printers. TECHservissm will provide Help Desk resources, whereby DAC can proactively address issues and make recommendations of improvements or enhancements necessary prior to issues occurring. TECHservissm plan allows us to share valuable information about your infrastructure and join forces to resolve the issue and reduce downtime by dramatically shortening the time from failure to resolution.

As part of our GEMservissm and PROservissm plans, DAC also creates, a network environment document, a long-term technology plan, monthly reports against the health of the network and progress against the plan. DAC also suggests full implementation of long and short-term technology programs. We encourage development of an enhanced internal back up program, as well as, a remote on-line off-site data backup solution to provide protection against data loss, server crash, and office / building catastrophes.
