DACtrac is the cornerstone of our service plans. Desktop Support We service desktop, workstation, and network products from most major manufacturers of desktop equipment, 3270 and AS/400 environment devices and networks. DAC is an authorized warranty service provider for Dell, HP and others. Installs and Upgrades DAC installs and upgrades network and desktop systems including servers, routers, switches, computers, monitors, printers, and other peripheral equipment. We can deliver new units, install the hardware, migrate existing software to the new system and remove outdated hardware as required. Asset Management DAC offers asset management systems to help license, locate, inventory, track and evaluate hardware components. In many cases, an asset management project is required to establish the detailed unit information needed for the request for quotation (RFQ) or proposal on outsourced computer services. Help Desk We operate a help desk operation out of our main office in Addison, Texas. A qualified and experienced technician is available during business hours over the telephone. If a problem cannot be solved over the phone immediately, a local technician will be on site in four hours or less. Hardware Maintenance DAC certified technicians maintain and repair desktop systems, including computers, monitors, printers, network components, tax and other peripheral equipment. We offer periodic preventative maintenance services to keep critical systems running and to lower your overall repair costs.
