First and most importantly, we listen to business owners and learn about the business to determine what technology best suits the company. We identify what applications and hardware are most crucial to your business. Data Applications recognizes that not all businesses have the same technology requirements. A company with a traveling sales force might have more of a need for a virtual private network than other companies, for example. Or for a law firm with crucial briefs to produce, the printers must be functional at all times. We then plan and prioritize for what is critical for the success for each company and act accordingly.

Our people
We understand that the end-user is not always well versed in technology. After all, technology is a means to an end-- in the case of business, to increase productivity-- not the end in and of itself. Our staff understands this and takes extra time to ensure that each user understands any changes due to network upgrades or new installations.

Because there are so many facets of technology, and because we embrace the “customer first” philosophy of business, we can handle a smaller portion of your technology needs. For example, if another company maintains computers and printers, we can still monitor your network and provide you with an unbiased assessment of how your other vendors are performing.
